Simple, precise targeting – Digital Viewfinder with 4x zoom
With the new, high speed Digital Viewfinder, the Leica DISTO™ E7500i  takes measurements with perfect accuracy, even in  poor lighting conditions. This is a decisive advantage when working outside in sunny weather.   Even if the red laser point is not visible to the naked eye, the target can be seen in the crosshairs on the display.

Unlimited number of measuring options - 360° tilt sensor
The Leica DISTO™ E7500i  is equipped with a 360° tilt sensor. This allows the user to measure both angles and  horizontal distances.   Combined with the new high speed Digital Viewfinder, amazing indirect measurement options are provided.   With the Disto E7500i, measurements are possible where no reflective target point is available, for example,  when determining the height of a tree or when measuring the height of a mirrored building.    These measurements would be very difficult to obtain with a conventional laser distance meter.

Height profile measurement
With this function, the Leica DISTO™ E7500i displays distances and height differences to an established reference point.   This feature allows the user to easily capture profile measurements, without having to use more expensive measuring methods.   This function can also be used to check straightness of cross beams, floor levels, and other applications.

Quick sketching - Bluetooth® Smart with Free Disto  app for iPad and iPhone
The Leica DISTO™ E7500i  is capable of more than just measuring.   Measurement data can be conveniently and accurately transferred using the integrated Bluetooth® Smart Technology.   The free  Leica DISTO™ sketch app allows the user to create sketches and spreadsheets on Bluetooth 4.0 enabled iOS devices.    Dimensions can also  be added  onto photographs quickly and easily.

Tough and easy to clean - IP65
The housing and keypad of the Disto E7500i  are specially sealed against water and dust.  When dirty, just clean the unit under running water.     Furthermore the  Disto E7500i laser distance meter can be used in all weather conditions, being dust-proof and water jet protected.

The range and accuracy of laser distance meters depend on light conditions and reflectivity of the measuring target. For Leica Geosystems it is important that the instruments not only perform under perfect laboratory conditions, but above all under the kind of everyday working conditions encountered on construction sites.
